So I chose this picture because I really like the contrast between beauty and destruction. It is interesting how something can be so pretty yet cause so much damage. To me, it seems like everything is silent in this scene waiting for the big explosion to hit. It brings a lot of thought of what the aftermath of the explosion would be. I like how this one image can bring so many things to your mind. All great images should be able to impact your thoughts and feelings, just like this picture.
